Graduation season is around the corner and you may be putting together a wishlist of office wear, but are you forgetting something?
Shoes!
No outfit is ever complete without a pair of amazing shoes. Shoes should elevate an outfit, give you extra confidence, and be comfy at the same time. Here are some shoes that I think are must haves in your collection:
1. Black pumps

These shoes are an essential to make any outfit look a million dollars. You could be wearing a simple tee and jeans, but once you throw these on, you mean business. A pointed toe will elongate your legs and make you look taller.
2. Nude pumps

A pair of nude pumps is never as vital as a pair of black pumps, but if you have some extra shoe rack room, you should get a pair. These look a little less formal compared to the former and is perfect to complete a spring-summer office look. Choose a nude closest to your skin colour so the shoe almost blends in and helps you achieve legs to die for.
3. Strappy Sandals

If you live in tropical weather, chances are, strappy heels are considered formal wear, if you dislike the discomfort of pointed pumps, opt for the more casual strappy sandal. These shoes are super versatile and can be worn with casual outfits during the weekend too.
4. Loafers

Find heels too demanding? Try on a pair of loafers, these shoes look formal and give you the comfort to run around to the many meetings that demand your presence.
5. Espadrilles

An alternative to loafers would be espadrilles, these shoes give off a feminine aura while being young and fun. They are perfect for running errands in and looking fresh for both in and out of the office.
6. Flat Sandals

Realistically speaking, can you wear 4 inch heels for 8 hours and longer? For most of us, the answer is unfortunately a "no". If you can, you have all my respect!! A life hack would be to leave a pair of easy to slide into sandals at your desk so you can change into it when you know no one can see your feet for prolonged times. (Do not bring flip flops!)
7. White Sneakers

Lastly, if you live far from the office and long hours of public transport is required before and after work hours, sneakers will save your feet. Leave a pair of sandals and stilettos at your desk and change into some comfy, yet stylish sneakers before and after work.
Enjoy!
